I am having trouble getting my saved data to Xbox One. Any suggestions as to why this is happening. My saved data from 360 to Xbox One was all there for the first couple of times I started the app. Then all of a sudden after the 3rd or 4th time starting the app it isn’t there. Also when I’m in the Halo Wars app it says that I’m offline even though I’m on signed into Xbox Live. It also says my cloud saved data is offline.
