This probably won’t matter, but did you open the REQ pack? Also, how did you order it: by RP or by real money?
I’ve only heard of maybe one case where someone was able to get a refund on a REQ purchase, but it was through Xbox Support, not 343i.
Did not open the REQ packs at all. They switched around the layout once the sale was over with. I already was messaging xbox support and got no help. I am most likely going to have to call them tomorrow and complain. If that doesnt work I’m going to disbute the charges. Xbox support sent me to these forums claiming the developer will handle everything once I “contact” them here.

Man I didn’t have this issue but one time I had problems purchasing and never receiving reqs…I reached out to unyshek on twitter and he was able to help me. However, I know yours is different because you want your money back…LOL how many did you buy?
the smallest one i think it was the 10 or 15 REQ so only 20$ but I never had a reason to buy any and never have. I was sent here by microsoft, so I might have to get them to call me tomorrow and if they cant help me then I will dispute the charges and show that no one will help me out. It is almost the same as what Niantic had with Pokemon go, even though the had people asking for help and what not with everything, they were getting automated messages and what not with no help whatsoever from anyone. Proof of this should be evident enough to dispute that there is no help from them. I will try to reach out as best as I can with my day off being tomorrow but I feel like I will get the run around like I did yesterday.

Still no contact so I am going to dispute charges and hopefully get a phone call from someone at Microsoft. The service I get from them is extremely poor and it makes me wonder if they have ever heard of Customer Service.

When buying something from within Halo 5, it takes you to the Xbox Store to make the purchase, so Xbox (being the retailer) is the appropriate place to seek a refund. Though I would also say that there is a degree of personal awareness that comes into play here, even if 343i switched the ordering of the packs in the REQ Store. When attempting to purchase packs with real $, there is always a secondary confirmation screen that comes up, meaning you would have had to accidentally press A twice. You’ve really got to pay close attention when it comes to microtransactions (I accidentally clicked a Gold bundle once after they switched up the order, but immediately noticed something was wrong when the payment confirmation window popped up instead of directly opening the pack).
Yeah understandable. Still doesn’t explain why they give me the run around then. Sent me to forums is kinda of ridiculous. Awareness is understandable and I should have be more aware. Usually am.
