Hello,
My son recently had his character reduced from level 40 to level 1 in Halo 5.
He claims that he had received a “Banhammer” for quitting a game too many times a couple of weeks ago but now, the first time he’s logged in in a few days, his character has dropped and all of the items he had earned with rewards have vanished. I’m suspicious of what’s happened, he’s 11, but wanted to reach out to you.
If someone can help me better understand what’s happened or what he’s done that caused this action to be taken I would appreciate it. I’m not sure where else to post.
