Need help with Halo 2 on Legendary?

I’m on from 9 to 10 pm CST weekdays and weekends I will usually game a little longer.

I don’t use a mic due to having an 18 month old and a new born hopefully by the end of this week.

I’m sure there are a few people who would be grateful for the help. Halo 2 on Legendary is the most difficult campaign to complete

I’d think doing it solo would be easier. That permanent Iron skull sure has a way of breaking up friendships…

I finished the 1st two chapters.
People love throwing the words “Dark Souls Hard” around.
Halo 2 Legendary is a lot harder in my opinion.

if your just going thru it to complete the campaign and levels, turn on Scarab, Envy and Bandana. Will make it a bit easier. Me and my roomie did this and still took a bit to get thru it, however helped. If you want speed and time runs, See Zombie Stomp 08. We just completed mine yesterday.

Online co-op, especially on legendary, on Halo 2 will be impossible. Game has a problem with desynching/crashes on certain missions (regret, quarantine zone, etc) at specific points. Only happens in online co-op. Certain missions can only be done solo on legendary with these problems.

I did it co-op with a buddy online. We took it a mission a night. You can add me if you’d like. I’m usually on the same time. I can attest, it may be easier solo but I have some good checkpoint and skip sections.

I have completed Halo 2 on legendary twice. And in that I have learned that H2L co-op is twice as hard as doing it by yourself. With enough time and patience you will complete it. Just remember to keep a cool head.
