Hi, I’ve been running my clan for more about a year now. I’ve tried various things, I have quite a few good members that have been with me since the beginning. Recently I’ve tried this squad based thing and it just doesn’t seem to work out. I originally wanted to just have up to 8 other people in my clan, but now I want more then that because with college I’ve been getting busier and I want my clan members to have more people then just me playing with them.
So I need some advice, I need advice on how t run a successful clan on squads, and giving people positions and such. It’s hard to give people positions and such, I just want my clan to basically be able to set up my clan where its able to function on its own if I’m not around during the week.
Can any veteran clan leaders give me some advice on how to run things? Make a squad based clan? Or having a successful clan that has more then 15 people and it having it run smoothly?
I’ll take any advice, I would prefer to talk to people through Xbox live parties.

Hi, there is a lot of clans that have problems like. A solution is to form an alliance with us, ISR (imperial spartan republic) we are a great organized clan that is actually looking for an alliance/clan members.

What? How would that solve any of my problems with my clan. I will not be making an alliances with you, just so you can be promoted in your clan.

Hello, I see you have a problem there. I am the man to help. Me and my friend ranked very high for control for a “community” (Sorta like a clan, just much more people) that had about 2600 people in it. We left the community for the troublesome rules that had initiated that we had no control over. Although what we get enjoyment out of best is the leadership. We enjoy organizing and ruining clans. And we would be more than glad to help by teaching you some skills for a clan.

As you can see, our clan (at http://www.halo4clan.com) is Squad-based, and I think it was one of the first (I never saw a Squad-based clan before us).
