need help with an issue in the multiplayer

I would like to know who i would ask, or rather say that my file on halo 4 not working right. i recently reach level 9 and log off for a bit to find that my sr level put me back at 8, then i thought i was wrong. so i played some more and di the same thing to see if it was just me. so i hit level 10 and log off, and to my surprize, i was back at level 9…

so i was wounding if anyone else was having the same issue?
and if it could be fix?

also during gameplay my spartan turns back to sr1 and i cant use any of my loadouts…

same problem here, no idea how to fix it, hopefully it will be fixed by the time i wake up or ima be pissed off

My Halo 4’s multiplayer is just acting super funky altogether. I get sent back to the main menu a lot. I can’t seem to do Forge at all.

Yet my Campaign works fine… Is this some sort of ploy to get people to play the AMAZING ORGASMICALLY GOOD STORY? Please fix it, I want to forge!

now ts working by it still didnt make up for the xp i loss.

In response, and I may be wrong with this, I believe it is a server issue. If the main server is down or experiencing problems, you use a backup hopper (new to Halo4.) This means while you can still play, progress is not saved. This was the reason for a lot of the booting back to the main menu when the game was first released.
It has happened to me as well, and my son. Although his pain is more because he leveled from SR62 to SR63 on a challenge bonus (win 117 MM games for 17k xp), logged off, and then discovered the xp bonus was lost as too was SR63.
