I have been playing arena all day today and I just got on warzone. While I was playing I realized that my reqs were all gone. I thought that it was just some req system glitch, but when I checked my collection it said that everything was fine. Either there was an extreme glitch, or some deuche friend deleted all of my reqs and then somehow removed my points, idk. Any help would be cool, thank you.
Also, when i opened the game for the first time today, all of my things had reset. My colors, my armor, my emblem, and my tag were default until I changed them back.
It seems that you might be having some connection issues.
Have you tried restarting your internet?
How about hard-reseting your xbox one? (hold down the power button until it turns off)
