When Spartan Ops season 1.5 was released I downloaded the add-on as soon as I could, but even after downloading the game would say that “Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content.” I chatted with an ambassador and went through multiple steps to try and fix the problem including clearing cache deleting and re-downloading content, and re-installing the game itself along with disc 2. Nothing I have done seems to work in resolving the issue. I am open to any and all advice/recommendations. Thank you.
