Need help running my clan

I recently started a clan called unsc falling angels. We are small at the moment but I want it to grow into a large community. I want the clan to be run by a group of squad leaders who all have an equal say in clan activities by voting them in. I started this clan to make a comfortable environment in which players can enjoy the game and have fun people to play with. I need help running events because I can’t play halo all the time lol. Also I need help recruiting members so we can grow into a large community. I have also founded a clan recently, it’s called Anarchy of Reach. Our goal is to be a military-based Halo community that functions close to a military organization. I, frankenztien would like to extend my helping hand and offer an alliance so we may aid each other in times when we are just building our forces.
