Need Help Removing A Spartan Company Member

Hello! A Spartan Company I’m affiliated with - Phalanx Formation - is having trouble removing a Spartan from the company. It’s weird, because we cannot view their profile on Waypoint, and we get an error message when attempting to remove the spartan.

Their gamertag is daethstrok3. It won’t even let me link the gamertag on Waypoint. I’m hoping a moderator or a forum staffmember may be able to help me out. If you need anything close to a reason- he hasn’t played Halo in a long time and is incommunicable over XBL, waypoint, and our company communication app.

I’m going to link stckrboy as I have previously sent you a pm about this spartan- the one that we can’t view the profile of.

I’m going to have a leader of Phalanx post in here. I’m not sure if that’s needed but as I’m currently not technically a member of Phalanx it seems like a good idea.

I’m the leader of Phalanx Formation and I can confirm everything CoverMyMeds said. We’ve been trying to contact/remove this guy but nothing has worked.
