So my brother and I preorder the limited edition- and when we entered the code both of us were signed in- however when I play do not get any dlc- not even Spartan Locke armor, I’ve tried almost everything. My brother has it on his halo 5, but I don’t. Any solutions?
Contact who ever you ordered it from. I almost always preorder from a physical store location just because of issues like this.

Did you download the code onto his profile?
uh obviously he is the only one who will ever have that armor…don’t enter codes with 2 profiles signed in.
Yeah- I mean we both wanted the preorder bonuses. Is shows that I have them downloaded but it won’t let me open them…it’s a physical copy btw

Quite possibly, that could be the issue, I believe I was also signed in though
Yeah you only get the item once, just because the xbox has multiple accounts doesn’t mean every account gets the item. You would have to have a second code to get it on a second account.
Well it’s not the same for digital games- I thought this is what going in a Xbox family did, I shared a limit edition halo with my brother and now I get nothing… That’s lame. Could I get another code from GameStop?
