I am having great difficulty with access to the halo waypoint website once I’m logged in. My gamer tag is SGTBOUNTYHUNTER.
I currently cannot post on the forum page which has made it extremely difficult for me to get in contact with management from halo waypoint.
I cannot load these options from the drop down logo tool bar either;

Service record
File browser
My settings
There is something definitely wrong at halo waypoints end with my account. Could management please fix my account so I have access to all available options on halo waypoints website.

Is there something wrong with your browser or internet settings?
Is that the exact spelling of your gamer tag? I tried to find you on Waypoint and o Xbox.com but couldn’t get a match. If it is correct are you able to sign into Xbox.com and see your correct gamer tag and account details? If you can’t then I think you may need to reach out to Xbox Live support

I have investigated the browser and internet settings and they seam to be working fine as i have been now logging on with this account fake lattice3366 and have no problem.
I can use xbox live no worries with SGTBOUNTYHUNTER account. I only am having difficulty with Halowaypoint and like you said i tried searching my Gamertag and nothing shows up on halowaypoint. I have been in contact with Microsoft xbox live and they tell me that only halowaypoint can sort this out from there end and that they dont have an email or any contact details only via the forum which sucks. So really im just hoping they see this thread otherwise my account is no good. 
Still waiting for this issue to be fixed. No one seams to have picked up on it from 343. Might have to repost again and again until someone does something.
