Need Help Hitting 165 on Infinite

Im trying to hit 165 fps on infinite and am wondering which settings to turn down and what
I have a AMD ryzen 3600
and a 2070 super

You definitely are doing better than 90% of the flight atendees. I am struggling with going beyond 58 fps, as it seems to have been locked to that (despite me unlocking to 60FPS min/max).

Im using the low preset right now, It seems like the game isnt lowering the settings at all maybe?

I am able to hit above 60 even on Ultra/High settings but I get nowhere near 165 fps
edit: I am hitting 90 on the low preset, which appears to not change anything

I have a 2070 and most I have gotten consistently is 60

which settings?
EDIT: ok here are my performance with the settings presets also my FOV is at 120 which can effect performance
Ultra - 50-60 fps 70 fps on some parts of the map
High - same fps as ultra maybe about 3-5 more frames
Medium - goes up to about 70 fps
Low - 85-90 fps dips hard when the pelican flys by

Ultra - 58 fps
High - 58 fps
Medium - 58 fps
Low - 58 fps

Hello everyone. Hope this will help anyone looking to increase fps. I am running i7 and 3080 and 165 is not achievable but I have seen as high as 140-150. Your minimum FPS should be set to OFF. Max fps whatever your display hz max is, and vsync OFF.

EDIT* should note that I am running everything on ULTRA.
