Okay. I know its nowhere related to halo 5 but it is the only fourm where i find atleast 1 reply.
So I am trying to access xbox.com from my phone. It wont load at all. No problems with any other site. Its the case with all browsers. I have tried my broadband and mobile data and its still the same. Clearing cookies did not help.
Do not send any links to Microsoft support pages. It will not load.

There are some Service Alerts out right now, though nothing that says it affects Xbox.come itself
Your best bet would probably be to give Xbox Live Support a call if you can’t access anything via the web. I think 1-800-4MY-XBOX might be the right number, at least I see that posted on here sometimes. Alternative, if you have a twitter account, you could reach out to XBL Support on twitter
