hi, i had recently gotten a message on xbox live with a code to access the 6 specializations for halo 4. after trying multiple times and it not working because apparently the code had already been used i called up xbox support and asked them what i need to do, the lady on the phone said i needed to come on here and ask for help as xbox cannot directly help me with this issue. if you can message me with a solution to this issue it would be greatly appreciated. thank you
A Moderator can’t help you with that. If the code is already used, that deals with Xbox Live, not the Halo Forums.
