Hello, I completed campaign solo on legendary, got the mark IV gear but I did not receive the achievement.

Did you complete all missions on Legendary solo? Including Prologue and Epilogue cutscenes?

You have only completed Dawn, Requiem, and Shutdown on Legendary solo. Forerunner, Infinity, Reclaimer, Composer, and Midnight were only completed on Legendary in co-op.
