So I got the commendation and it didn’t give me a pack 343 can you please help me look at my commendations and then check my emblem it was the flaming skull ps cant get it any other way

Which commendation? Which emblem? You aren’t particularly clear.
You mentioned a flaming skull, the flaming skull emblem is unlocked for completing Spartan spree commendation and you are 8/15 on level 4 of that one. Your commendations are here.A list of emblems are here and how to get them is here.
Can someone help me? I’ve beat all the levels on master chief collection on legendary but I didn’t get the helioskrill armor for halo 5? I’ve got the legend achievement and everything but I didn’t get the armor?

You have not unlocked the achievement, it is possible you completed some of the campaigns offline, I’ve checked your MCC campaign service record, and it only shows 2 missions from Halo:CE on legendary, the totality of Halo: 3’s and 4’s campaigns on legendary, so if you want the achievement and armor you’d have to complete Halo:CE,Halo 2, and Halo 3:ODST on legendary, while you are connected to xbox live.

Halo ODST is not required for Helio. OP there is a glitch in MCC, where if you save your mission and come back to finish it later it may not register as completed. So if you start a mission you have to finish it. You can verify your progress as you complete missions here on WP. It updates pretty much real time.
