Need help 2 verify email address for notifications

I don’t know where I am supposed to ask for customer support on this issue, here or Microsoft or elsewhere…I am trying to get my Waypoint dusted off n shiny by updating everything. And I cant seem to receive the verification email for my subscribed newsletters, notifications, etc. Is there a way to add a new email address somewhere? Or is there a particular address I can add to my contacts in my Waypoint account email site just incase the stupid spam filter is catching it? (and I have tried to Resend Verification on two different browsers too just incase) Or is there a different place I need to direct this question. Please help n thanks.
