So title basically says it all. In forge all my performance meters are in green besides objects. However I never used it til red. Is there anyway to prevent objects not spawning in?

Have you accidently set any game mode labels on said objects? If you have then the object will only spawn in that game mode. You can check by going into object properties.

Doesn’t seem to be the problem, my performance meters are still green and the objects de-spawning are even labeled for infection.
