So i decided to make a clan and all i really need now are clan members.
I usually only accept people who are 15 or older and have a k:d of over 1.20 but since this clan is new i thought that i would give everyone a chance.

Ok you already doing it wrong kid.
1st.If you start letting people who are bad at the game in your clan you never gonna go anywhere.
2nd.You got to set up a core foundation for the clan and find like minded peopple to your self, that share the same goal what ever that may be.
3rd.You got to set a type of higherarcy, a chain of command that functions well, or you will just have this guy over here doing his own thing and another guy jacken it in the corner and thats no fun for anyone exsept the other team, cuz their going to take advantage of the chaos and just mutalate your pretty little face off.
4th.You already set a age restriction other clans and player are going to see that as try hard, age shoulden’t be a issue as long as the player is good and follows orders well.
