Need better damage reception messaging

I’ve put in about 15 hours into the game so far. Observing my combat encounter’s its not obvious when I start to take damage. Often times I get killed from what seems like none lethal damage by the time I’m aware of the damage I am taking. The beeping of the shield when down is often masked by the hail of grenade’s and gunfire when in a good exchange. Hit indicators for me are hardly noticeable because I am color blind red is invisible to me, coupled with all the on screen effects it gets lost in the fray. If there can be a setting added to change the color of the hit indicator just like the color of shields on enemy’s it would be a good start. In ranked the friendly fire hit indicator is blue and I can see that instantly. Now when it comes to taking damage from multiple enemy’s your dead in about a second anyway so a better indicator on that is hardly useful to keep you alive but it would still be nice to know it was in fact more than one player dealing damage to you. A lot of frustration comes to players when they think there in a 1v1 exchange and get melted in what seems like 2 BR shots because there were really hit by two enemy players. Maybe adding some additional spartan voice lines in those situations would be best so a player isn’t getting to much info on screen or to much of a directional advantage on enemy players. Like for example," Taking Crossfire" “Getting team shot” . Whatever the phrase players will remember over time that oh ya that means there were at least two players on me. I think a lot of players can relate and its not a game breaking issue but a good quality of life change.
