Yes, i spoke with people at microsoft and the xbox support staff. they all directed me here.

Community members may be able to help. If you’re able to post the issue without giving any personal details (like codes, serial #s, etc) somebody may be able to help you out. Just saying. A polite and helpful community DOES exist around here, even though it can be hard to find these days. 
If you’d rather wait for bsangel feel free, you just might solve your problem much sooner if you let us know what the issue is, again - if it’s feasible.
