Fireteam Cerberus ticks those boxes pretty perfectly. We play casually andnour mantra is that Halo is for fun. We prioritise teamwork and cooperation over caring about K/D or W/L.

Haha, no worries - I understand where you’re coming from. Our clan did start out as female-only, so it has a bit of history. I think the first iteration stood for “Psychotic Man Slayers”, but once the group got bigger it was changed to “Pandora’s Mighty Soldiers”.
Since we’re co-ed now, any male members usually take on our brother-clan’s tag of “H2O”. So all the girls are usually known as “PMS” and the guys are “H2O”.
