I am from South East Asia and all my matches are in the NA region which results in a really high ping. I was wondering if we will get the option to chose the right servers like SEA just like MCC and other MP games.

Matchmaking is only enabled during select times for the test. You can post matchmaking tomorrow 'the schedule has been posted in multiple locations.
I’m willing to bet that will an option at launch.
This flight it a stress test on the servers so they’re probably keeping everyone confined to a small number of servers for MAXIMUM STRESS.
