I need a team of 3 players.
Not just any players…but legends to come.
I want players that will eat and -Yoink- out the other team.

That’s the problem. I don’t want to play without a team. I hate playing with strangers. And wtf does carrying your own weight mean when playing? Lets say I do carry my own weight but we end up losing because of some guy who died 100 times?? Playing with strangers sucks. No one has your back. When you turn the corner you are on your own.

Well your highest CSR ever is gold so…maybe try for platinum first?

Getting a team would be nice. I’m still unranked in everything though. My average ranking was diamond but I’m pretty sure 343 made it harder to rank higher.
My rank is terrible because I play with a lot of randoms if no one is on, but I know that before hand. When I play with a full squad we run train, it’s just we all cant get on at the same time (we’re all older). I went 1.6KD in breakout in the placement matches but only won 3 games…You can only do so much when people are quitting and shooting the floor without a mic. Even with bi/trifectas, exterminations, and extinctions…you cant lone wolf forever in halo, youre gonna slip up…accepting that is what you have to do. go in solo, go in knowing youre gonna lose, if you win…its a plus, but its not going to be every game.
Yes I know it looks bad on my part for venting here. But I will never blame anyone for my death counts or that I cant get to a certain rank. I am a humble player. I am usually the one following the other player to have his back and because its a more effective thing to do. I just get frustrated that when of your team members will be doing his own thing or even pass you by while you get flanked or double teamed. But I guess you do have to lone wolf it and take the losses.

I hate how people keep saying they won’t work with you because you have a low rank. You are saying you want to play with people so you can work together as a team to win and get overall better at the game. It’s not like you’re saying “hey I need really good people to play with me and just carry me the whole time.”

let me put this in perspective for you OP. I play solo as I don’t have anyone to play with myself. I can make Diamond playing solo, and could make onyx if I had a similar calibre team. I doubt I could make Champion however.
I’ve created accounts where I play lower tier players, I can carry any 3 gold players against any 4 gold players. If you can’t, don’t bother setting your eyes on being a champion.
I am not asking pros to come and join me. I am asking for committed people that want to work together as a team. To learn every inch of the map and understand what tactics work for each one. To even understand how the enemy is playing and how to counter them. Yes I know I am not the greatest rank, but that is why I am here, to ask for a committed team.
If you can’t make at least onyx solo, you’re not going to make champion at all. Just having 3 other players isn’t going to guarantee wins. You need to understand halo first.
That would be map control, spawns, how to rotate as a team, and how to break another teams setup. High level players will have a general idea of where all 8 players are on the map even when playing by themselves. You can look at your teammates markers, and even X’s when they die, and that alone gives you an idea of where the other team will be spawning/moving to.
Play FFA, it’s the best way to up your individual skill and learn how to play halo in general. Don’t care about KD either. A 1.7 KD gold player will get destroyed by a 1.1 onyx player every time. Stats don’t mean anything, it all depends on who you’re playing against.
I get that you want a team to play with but this isn’t exactly the best way to find it. Join a company and play together with people in that company. Try the social playlists and see what they bring to the table. Everyone has their strengths so putting together a team of people that each bring their own skillset is somewhat difficult. If I had more free time I’d play much more.
The guy is just asking for some people to play with that are serious about ranking up and learning maps and set-ups.
I applaud you for not whining about losing and half the other pointless things people argue about on here.
