Hey there Airborne. I am a member of Epsilon Fleet, one of the best and brightest clans currently on Halo 5. I think that we are what you are loking for. The Fleet has plenty of UK or European members unlike most of the companies who you’ll see. We already do gamenights on a somewhat irregular basis (maybe a large one every two weeks or so?) and we have enough people to show up. If you really want to do game nights, we will promote any that you are willing to host and probably get at least 6-12 people for it. As for matchmaking, we do that on a daily basis and we almost always have someone online. I don’t know numbers for sure but we have over 350 members registered on our website.
The Fleet is as competitive as you want us to be. We have different sections based on skill sets and dedication, which means that only members who want to do certain things have to do them and we therefore do better than other groups overall and still give less effort.
