my nat rating is always closedand bandwith is alwaysbad or low or whatever its called, does anyone know how to make my nat open and bandwith better?

Call your ISP and from there get a better connection if they have any. For NAT try the stuff in the link.

Make sure that you play with less internet-electronics online as well. More internet traffic you have in your household, the more closed/moderate NAT problems you will have.
