NAT type is to do with your internet connection and not the actual game itself. What is your internet connection quality like?
If your NAT type is strict or moderate, this usually impacts online performace.
This can usualy be fixed easily depending on the router you have. My old router had a plug and play feature, as is standard in most routers I believe, titled Universal Plug And Play, or UPaP. The easist method to fix this is usually to test your connection on your xbox. After the test is complete (it will return an error) turn off UPaP. Run the test again, and it will return another error. Turning back on UPaP, than rerunning the test should not return an error anymore. This indicates you have fixed your issue.
Accessing your router settings is different depending on your router. There is normally a sticker or something of the sort on the bottom of the router with a ‘default gateway’ on, three types I’ve encourted are 198.something, 192.something, or 10.something. Enter this number into a browser on your computer, and you may have to sign in. default usernames and passwords are usaully a combination of Adminstrator and Password, either lowercase of uppercase.
Don’t attempt anything if your unsure of it, as you ARE viewing and changing setings that can impact your internets performace.

Yeah wired connection to your360 is faster than connecting to wi fi.
You can go into internet settings and I think somewhere in there you can reset your settings to defult and then just reboot.

true but not all can do wired connection
I would just shut off anything that is using your wifi besides your x box thas should help

This is what I do. Sometimes its just a case of letting the Xbox connect to the Wi-Fi before any other device connects to the Wi-Fi.
I have this same problem you got to call your internet company and have then remove it and its like a monthly thing if im remembering right

You have to improve your internet connection. Turn off the router and shut it off for 3 minutes, after it only shut it on and wait a minute, then turn on the router, it should work. I usually do this and it works to me.
