NAT and File Share

Two questions:

  1. How do I change my NAT type to open? (Currently in moderate)?

  2. How do I access/use my file share? The system tells me my profile doesn’t have access to this and I want to have access.

You might want to go to www.xbox.com and ask on their forums.also you can check there FAQ because I had the same problem a few years back.
Just check there and they will be glad to assist you :smiley:

Are you talking about the file share on the Xbox? Or on Waypoint?

I honestly don’t know the difference. When I play reach and I go to my “file share” it says my profile doesn’t have access/authority. I’m sure which wording it uses.

Visit that link while signed into your Xbox LIVE account and scroll down to ‘Member Content’, change it from its current setting to Everyone.

Should fix the file share issue.

This did fix the issue. Thank you so much for your help. As an update to NAT, I don’t know what changed, but last night it was “open”. So thanks to everyone for their help.
