There was a website that was talking about Man cannons in Halo 5, and they said this: "Man cannons are still offered on Narrows in the Halo 5 version. With players being shot back and forth on each side and making the ratio of the risk and reward to be quicker although it will make them exposed to enemies. I don’t think it’s true, but I hope it is! Imo I liked Narrows a lot so don’t hate on me.
I’d imagine if Narrows were to return there would be lots of deaths from falling off the map after using Zoom Hover while flying with the Man Cannon, unless you’re able to thrust back to the bridge.
It’s possible, Narrows was planned for Halo 4.

Damn that looks cool.
I think Narrows would work really well with Guardians’ reliance on strafing and movement. Not sure how it’d work with sprint, though. Sprinting across that bridge would be incredibly dangerous…
This really doesn’t seem like a valid source… I mean, the link you posted is called Halo 3, they’re not even using an official Halo 5 image, and the writing of the entire article is kind of decoherent and off.
Still, could be cool, I guess.
Never liked Narrows, got sniped too much lol. I hope never to play on it again.
I loved Narrows. That and Construct were my favorite Halo 3 maps, and I would love if either one or both were remade for H5:G.

How cool at the apex of the grav jump you thruster to the middle bridge it would be so freaking perfect lol
A simple fix for messing around with the Spartan Abilities would be to have forge zones that would “turn off” said abilities. Since Narrows was concepted for Halo 4, it is likely, but I wouldn’t take this article too seriously due to it’s awkward setup and incoherence.
Narrows in Halo 5 would be cool, but this certainly doesn’t confirm it.
Narrows? No thanks. We already have 2 remakes of one crappy map… (midship.)
As much as I would love to have Narrows remade in Halo 5, I can’t say that the website in question seems to be the most reliable of sources. The article itself isn’t written all that well, and it doesn’t offer any bit of proof. I wouldn’t put it out of the question that this is nothing more than a simple typo.
Ugh, that Halo 4 concept art of Narrows has the same boring UNSC aesthetic of half of the other maps in Halo 4. I’m glad they didn’t remake it like that. The reason it used forerunner aesthetics in Halo 3 was because the bridge was supposed to be a reference to the ones you saw in CE’s Assault on the Control Room level.
Narrows wouldn’t work that well in Halo 5. It would have to be scaled up to accommodate Sprint and the other movement abilities. In fact, most maps from the first three games wouldn’t work well, unless it was a BTB map. And in that case, the Spartan Abilities would probably make it feel more like a mid-sized map than a big one.
