So shortly after I started playing campaign I realised I wasn’t unlocking any achievements or namplates, regardless of my efforts nothing has worked to resolve the issue. Another issue is my stats aren’t being tracked in multiplayer and my medals aren’t being saved either which is prohibiting me form unlocking the ability to edit my clan tag.
my levelling up is fine and I am able to unlock things from the level progression just fine but it is a very annoying issue that I hope 343 fix very, very soon.
I am having the same problem and have yet to find a solution. Unsure of the cause but hopefully it will be fixed soon.
I just started having the same problem. I just beat Reach on legendary in under 3 hours. Halo Waypoint confirms my times but achievement just won’t unlock.
I was having this issue before, I found that my PiHole (if you’ve got one or maybe you’ve blocked something with a hosts file or DNS filter) was stopping connections to data.microsoft.com which was stopping be getting achievements. They came through soon after I whitelisted that address.
Still having some issues with nameplates though.

I have the same issue with rank levels and rivals too. Open a ticket too but no response … The only problem I see is Windows Telemetry because I have a special Windows Version : Windows Arium and by default it desactivate all the -Yoink- things on Windows 10 like Cortana, telemetry etc … I tried to reinstall the Telemetry with a little software called OOSU10 but I think we can’t do that 
When it’s done, it’s forever so now we need a fix or something to synchronyse the rank and the progression via Steam Cloud for example ? It doesn’t seem a lot I think ?
Can you take care of this Halo Support ?

I have the same problem. I finished Halo: Reach in less than 3 hours and they didn’t give me the achievement, nor the nameplate.
