Will there be any nameplates? Just like Halo: Reach where you have to get the nameplates on the website
I really loved the nameplates in Halo: Reach
It’s too early to tell, though they’ve gotten a decent focus on MCC nameplates so it is within the realm of possibilities for Infinite.
I don’t see why not. Halo 5 has name plates and it would sort of be a step back to not have them.

I loved nameplates back in MCC. You could accomplish something really hard in that game (like LASO on all Halo games) and you’d be able to show it off to everyone rather than just your armor (like in Halo 3/4/5 since MCC just gives every armor set to everyone). While Halo 5: Guardians sort-of incorporated both emblems and nameplates into one thing, I’d like to see them separate again like in MCC.
I never got a nameplate in Reach since I didn’t know how to get them and I guess I really never cared as much to learn how to get them but I’m all for it if lobbies went back to that roster design (emblem, name, nameplate, then a preview of your Spartan).
I don’t think this is a far-fetched idea given that 343 has already brought back nameplates in MCC. It’s possible.
