Not sure where to post this, but I matched the Grassroots team in the H3 MCC PC BTB Playdate on October 15th (discussed here: https://twitter.com/HCS/status/1316121696424792065) to get the “Burst Fire” nameplate, and it has yet to be sent to me. I saw a few others on Twitter post a screenshot of them receiving it about a week ago, so I was just wondering who to talk to or how to submit a ticket to receive this.
