In The Master Chief Collection, I have the Halo Championship Series nameplate. However, I don’t have; Golden, Fronk, UNSC, and 1th which seemingly have the same requirements to unlock, as HCS was attained from having Pro, which shares those conditions. Even more puzzling is that I previously had the MVP nameplate as well, but was never granted Fronk or the others. Please solve this issue.
While I cannot speak for the Fronk nameplate, the Golden, UNSC, and 1th nameplates do not have the same requirement. In order to get those you had to play Halo: The Master Chief Collection before December 19th, 2014. Looking at your achievement unlock dates, it seems you started playing the game in 2015.
I don’t know. I’m 1000% sure I had MVP which shares the others’ requirements(?) I was looking at the wiki as I was making the OP.

Looking at the Wiki myself now, and you are right. The requirements for the MVP are the same as the others. However, you unlocked the achievement “Your Journey Begins” (play a campaign mission or multiplayer match) in 2015.
