Name plate Broken for halo legendary ce

so i completed the halo Ce campaign on legendary but its broken and says it didn’t for the name plate… please help if can

The legendary achievements are all broken in some form. I’m waiting on a patch too but for me it’s mainly Halo 2,4 that are having problems but some are having problems with Halo 1 too, I have some Halo 1’s missing too.
