So my gamertag is actually MKVI SII 117, but it shows up as something to do with a Rhino. I done a speed run of Halo 3 ODST earlier and completed it in less than 3 hours.
Can my name please be fixed?

I’m afraid this is the very situation. The email is right. The gamertag on my xbox (with this email address) is MKVI SII 117, I will send you a message on live to show you. The name that shows up on here is also what shows on the xbox app. Something is wrong somewhere.

If it is appearing different on the Xbox app then this is an Xbox issue. 343i cannot help you here. I would suggest getting into contact with Xbox Support.
It’s impossible to have 2 gamertags assigned to the same email address. What happens when you try to sign into Xbox.com with that email address, does it show the correct gamertag there? If it does, then try using incognito / private browsing to sign in here and see if it gives you the right tag. If Xbox.com does not show the correct gamertag then you’re 100% using the wrong email address
This is 100% an email conflation issue. Be very sure you’re signing into the right domain (live.com vs gmail.com) for instance.
It is literally impossible to have two Gamertags on one email.
I know it sounds like madness but it’s true, the email address I’ve used for my account is the same one on here and on live, the app, xbox.com and halo way point all show the wrong tag, but it shows up correctly on the console. I’m not sure why because as soon as I signed into my account on the app, it said the mixable rhino tag, but my gt is MKVI SII 117. I can’t get in touch with Microsoft or xbox support so I don’t know what to do.
I’m gonna double down on my previous statement here. I can 150% guarantee you are using the incorrect email to sign into Halo Waypoint. It is literally impossible for two Gamertags to be assigned to the same email address.
If you believe you are using the correct one, it sounds like you have multiple addresses using the same prefix but on different domains. Please double check.

Contact me in a private message, I will show you myself that you are 150% wrong. I am not a silly sausage, I can easily prove what I am saying is true.

I checked and I can literally see that both Gamertags are linked to different emails. I promise you that you are not using the correct email that you think you are.

BTW I really want to take this chance to say that I think you guys are doing an amazing job, loved the mcc updates, I liked Halo 5 single player, I was late into the game and missed a lot of issues, so I rated it.
You guys are an amazing company and it’s awesome that you care about the fans, I believe in you guys and gals at 343i
