Do you mean your username here on Halo Waypoint? If so then that name is the same as your Xbox Live gamertag, to change that you need to do it via Xbox LIve: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/change-xbox-live-gamertag
