I noticed that if you scroll down to the bottom right corner of Waypoint there is an ESRB rating box which states products range from RP (rating pending aka not yet rated) to Mature. Obviously talking about all previously released and upcoming Halo titles. What caught my eye though, was one of the descriptions about no game in particular, which apparently has partial nudity in it.
Since I have played every Halo title ever released and could not recall anything other than in Halo 2 where there was the cutscene with the Arbiter who had no clothes/armor on while he was being detained, I decided to go to the ESRB website and do some research. As it turns out, there is not a single Halo game ever released with “partial nudity” in it’s description.
Could this mean the next Halo title we finally get to see Master Chief’s naked butt…?
I hope not.

Unlikely. Halo 4 is rated M, but does not have partial nudity listed neither on the box, nor on the ESRB website.
In Halo 2 PC, if you run into an install error or something like that, a picture comes up of a Bungie members bare buttocks.
Weird. Anyways, I just checked and since Reach came out Halo has not been rated M for Language. Just a strange fact I wanted to throw in here.

I’ve gotton that error before… it’s called a “dot-yoink!-” error, with the -yoink!- meaning a certain word that is not allowed here.
I noticed this on the Halo 2 URL a long time ago. I was thinking either Cortana or when they shamed the Arbiter before he became the Arbiter, you know, that public “ceremony” where they tortured him and they took off all his armor before burning the mark of shame on his chest. But he’s an alien, which is what kinda struck me…
