    We are a gaming community that values the concept of being a family and we have worked hard to make sure we have a place for everyone. We established and active; consisting over 8,000+ active gamers from all around the world.

    XGN is a professional, family orientated community established on the 7th of July 2010, to provide a calm, caring and supportive environment for gamers, players, and game lovers all around the world.
    XGN is here to help gamers excel in the world of gaming and every other aspect of life. We aim to help gamers find new opportunities in gaming, as well as improve their gaming experience in an atmosphere built around friends, fun and for the sake of creating good times with people from all parts of the world. We as a.
    We as a community bring in members to help them find more gamers in our wide and expanding family where we hope they feel welcome, and can express their talents around others who share the same or similar talents. Xiled Gaming Network also places emphasis on nurturing life related skills in all our members; loyalty, dedication, and respect are some of the main skills that XGN instills in all its members.
    OUR MISSION:
    XGN is constantly striving to enhance the online gaming environment; whether they play competitively or casually, Xiled Gaming Network is a place for all gamers to call home, while also allowing its members to express their individual talents and passions for video games.

When the words “Clan” or “Gaming Community” are heard, for most people, the same thought comes to mind:
“ in who you are [self-worth], and standing by what you believe in [integrity]. These are definitely amazing qualities to have.
The Leaders and members of Xiled Gaming Network are constantly working together to improve the community, to provide an exceptional gaming experience for its members.

Reason #3 Responsibility. Through our Clan Operations ranks, responsibilities are divided among each rank, as each rank has its own duties. This teaches members to value responsibility and take advantage of it. As a high-ranking member, one can oversee anywhere from 100, 500, even up to every member of the community. This is responsibility for not only yourself as a member, but for other members of the community. This is because a decision that you make can affect many other people. That definitely helps put things into perspective.

Reason #4 Fun. The reasons why you should join this community would not be complete if we left out the biggest part of the community. At the end of the day, our members really know how to have fun. Whether it is a meeting, game night, or a tournament, even if you’ve had a crappy day, we know how to lift each other up when we are down.
This family is built around having fun, regardless of the type of gaming you do; competitive, casual, and any other gaming there is, just have fun.
Reason #5 Opportunities. There are a lot of opportunities within XGN (Xiled Gaming Network). The three main sides to XGN are clan ops (operations), web ops, and the competitive aspect. If an individual wants to join XGN for, let’s say, a competitive team, we have those. XGN currently has an all-females team called Xiled Ladies (XL) and a GOW (Gears of War) team called Xiled Goons (XG). The possibilities are endless as XGN caters to all types of wants and needs of the members of its community.

Reason #6 Sponsors. XGN is widely known for having a lot of sponsors. With these sponsors, it shows that XGN has the backing of numerous companies that trust XGN and its leadership. Members and non-members can use code “XGN” on products from Gfuel, Konsole Kingz, G2A, GamerCrates, Kontrol Freek, Scuf Gaming, and Jerky Pro. Each of these sponsors will have varying percentages off the order, it all depends on the specific product.

Reason #7 Security. If you’re a member of XGN, then you know of something called a “Blacklist”. What the blacklist is, is a medium with which members of the community that don’t abide by the very basic rules of the community are denied contact with the rest of out members. This is used when an individual, or community, is deemed a severe threat to XGN and denied contact with our members for security reasons as they are too hostile to contact with. With a blacklist, it makes our community a safer place to play with others.

Reason #8 Updates. XGN has a news team. The news team talks about a wide range of topics like game reviews, interviews with members of the community across platforms, etc. The news team writes about the big announcements in XGN, as well to keep all XGN members updated on various aspects of the community. In essence, with the news team, members of the XGN community can expect the best game reviews, interviews, and other updates about the community.

Reason #9 Leadership. In all aspects of the community, XGN takes pride in its leadership. Besides building up great, hardworking, and nice people through the ranks to build and manage divisions, some of what you learn in XGN can be implemented in real life. There are many members who praise XGN for helping them in real life situations because being a leader in XGN trains them to think and react to situations better.

Reason #10 Activity. XGN is constantly having tournaments, game nights, and everything in between to continue to keep the active and moving. XGN is a very active clan, we have succeeded this far on bringing members; new and old, together to have a great gaming experience. Every division must have at least two cross squad game nights, or division, to ensure constant activity all round the week and make XGN grow throughout.
