I thought it would be a cool tribute to the guys over at Bioware and a really nice addition to the multiplayer. And yes halo has been in other games, most recently killer instinct but in the past also in fable
Incase You don’t know, Bioware are the developers of Mass Effect (a great Sci-fi game), a game which is very much different from Halo, however it is still one of the most epic games out there. Mass effect is set in an alternative universe where galaxy is threatened by something far greater than the average species (just like in halo).
Since Halo and Mass effect share the same threat (hypothetically speaking) to have a piece of Mass effect in my other favorite game, which is Halo. I think it would be an Awesome tribute to the developers over at Bioware and the amazing story the have told with Mass effect. In my opinion the N7 Armor fits perfectly into Halo’s multiplayer scene.
"The armor / helmet description should mention the heroic acts of Shepard OR should tell about a great mysterious war-effort fought long ago against unfathomable odds. "
An action like this would prove to me that the future of my two favorite games are in really good hands.

I’m always down for more armor! While they’re at it give me a fulgore inspired armor from Killer Instinct.
As i was a huge mass effect fan i would be all for this. If mass effect was still exclusive to the xbox, crossovers like this could happen. As it isn’t thing’s like this are probally to much work for legal, look at hayabusa or whatever it’s called.
They are not going to shove the N7 armor into the game. It belongs to EA and I’m pretty sure EA wouldn’t be too thrilled to have a rival game use one of their games’ defining armor.
Besides, the Mk. VI GEN1 is -Yoink!- as hell. Just use that, that is the defining armor of Halo, right there.

One of the helmets in Halo 4 looked somewhat similar to it. Can’t remember which one though.
Being a massive Halo and Mass Effect fan, I’d be all over this if it were possible.

Mass effect and Halo are some of my favorite games of all time. I would be down for this.
Well, seeing as how N7 armour looks more like Halo than a lot of Halo 5’s armour (I’m looking at you, Seeker), I’d love to see this happen!
I like mass effect (Super Excited for Andromeda) but copy right reason, too good of an idea. And 343 would never promote another game.
N7 kit is inferior to MJLONIR anyway. Im pretty sure UNSC firearms can rip through it without pause…
I mean, for hell’s sake, a MAC round would be able to demolish a Reaper with a single shot! The shields of the Mass Effect universe are rated for megatons MAYBE I think, while the force of most UNSC ordinance is in the kilo or gigatons.

Umm… They promote Killer Instinct all the time, due to the Arbiter in it.

Not really true, As said by Hotrod192, they promoted Killer instinct quite a bit. As I also mentioned in my original post, the energy sword was present in Fable 3 and additionally The warthog was recently promoted for the new Froza 4 game.

So ? This is multiplayer, nothing makes sense here . A freaking gun goose can take out a ONI gauss hog. Just like some armors in Halo would be inferior to each other by “lore”, however everyone still dies from 4 shots in the face.
