Do you think it would be a good idea to have the mythic weapons such Nornfang, OathSworn, Prophets Bane, and all the others, to not have the Damage boost, speed boost, for custom games, or a Forge option to remove the boost on the weapon? Because I like Nornfang, wanted to use it in a machinima but the Glow is what turned me away from it.
It would be a nice option to togle those off, also if you want to use them in machinima use the weapon glitch: - YouTube
this way you can have the body of a gun with out the need to have it’s weapon power up

Those skins are really nice, yes. Having the glow and flames is a PAIN for machinima like you said.
