I just logged into waypoint today for the first time to see if anyone knew what the deal is with mythic shotty snipers. is it down for good now or just a couple of days? I played 1 last match then it said there was an error finding the game server and some new game mode was on top of the social playlist and I didn’t care for it too much at all. I don’t want to run down super fiesta too much again for me it was cool to hop back and forth from mythic S/S to super fiesta
I’m sad that they took this playlist down. I was so hyped to get on and play it. I’m hoping they will make it a permanent playlist.
Me too I love the sniper play list in general I was pissed when original shotty snipers got taken down then they put this out and I just thought it was legendary and now they did it again. I was hoping they added competitive playlist snipers back too and it would be cool to have kriths left hand, sword of the faithful, end of the line, arrow of time and pretty much all the snipers randomized for every game. so its not just the regular sniper every time also because kriths left hand and the beam rifle delta are my favorite 2 guns

This would be great. I’m imagining a swat like game mode with shields and snipers

I didn’t even think about that, but yeah that is what it would be but it would be pretty fun
Glad to see it gone just wish it was replaced with anniversary throwback instead.
It was fun, but I’m glad there’s something new for now. I’m proud to say that in all the games that I played, I only zoomed in for kills for one game and it was the last one I played in that playlist cause I wanted to see how easier it was.

Well it sucks to see not many other people cared it was gone. I do agree Anniversary throwback would be an adequate replacement I wish we could just keep the playlists if they have enough players though because I found a match in shotty snipers under a minute everytime and I’m sure if they didn’t take off anniversary throwback people would still be playing that like regular slayer because that is another really good playlist. extermination is a really bad one at least in my opinion, I rather just play breakout

Luke I am not as skilled as you I had to use that scope sometimes. but I did really end up loving it because it really got fun once you could do a snapshot faster than someone could scope you out I had a diagonal jump move to line it up every time lol. And as far as having a new playlist, for me extermination is not so good at all I rather just play breakout forget the second chances and the 10 second respawn. It causes too many runners and campers, more than normal breakout even

Yeah there we go! I knew other people missed it hopefully some more people see this today. Unless really that many people hated it and were that bad with the nornfang to not get a kill on a hardscoper. all you got to do is run slide then boost past the corner, then he will have to realign the shot and most people suck at that it’s why they hardscope even after they kill you and you still see the sniper glare while waiting to respawn. Them are the people you go to town on
