I saved up 80,000 req points for the mythic req pack but did not recieve it. When I opened the pack my friend backed out of the search so I didn’t get to see what I got. I go to my weapons and sure enough nothings there but the few items I had not discarded. My points are gone and I have no pack.

I should not have to post to a forum to try to rectify this. Either give Microsoft Access to this or set up some actual customer support.
Try hard resetting your Xbox One and the items should drop into your inventory, or you can always check your REQ inventory here on Waypoint
