Okay, so apparently my previous topic was deleted for some reason, so here it is again:
Last week, I purchased several Mythic REQ Packs, both with REQ points and real cash. In one of these packs (one that I paid $9.99 +tax for), I got a Phaeton certification. A REQ pack (not Mythic, I think that it was a Warzone Victory, but I’m not sure) that I opened some time later gave me a fourth Phaeton. Thursday rolls around, and the Mythic REQ packs are no longer available, so I go through my unlocks–and the Phaeton is gone. No “4”, no “0”, just straight up locked again. I don’t know when it went missing, but I do know that I had the certification: I couldn’t believe that I was lucky enough to get it (I wasn’t even SR30 yet). I’m not sure why it disappeared, but it did, so I’d like that to be fixed, please.
As a paying customer, I don’t think that it’s very polite to be ignored. Not only that, but to delete a respectful thread, without even giving a reason, is quite rude. Others got a response from 343 within 24 hours, I bumped my thread after it had been a day and it was deleted. Am I in the wrong place, or what? Should I contact 343 directly? How do I do so?

Hope you get your phaetons back. Have not heard of this ever happening before. I have everything unlocked. Did you try a hard reset on your xbox? Also does it appear locked in your reqs here on waypoint?
Yeah, it’s really weird. I’m SR49 and almost have all of the commons unlocked. A hard reset? How do I do that? It does appear locked on Waypoint, but I’m absolutely certain that I got it.

That is helpful, but I got a total of 13 packs, and there’s only 12 items listed there. This actually reminds me: I wasn’t paying attention to the match countdown timer, and purchased a Mythic REQ Pack right before the match started. I only saw the loading animation where the contents were being generated, so did I still get the REQ pack? The only item on that list that I don’t recall seeing from a REQ pack opening is the Corp Gauss Warthog Certification, so I’m guessing that it did, but I’m not sure.

It was nice. Yeah, I did a double-take. I haven’t played the game very much yet, but I know how powerful they are. The reason that I invested in the Mythic REQ packs was so that I’d have a chance of adding to my stockpile while unlocking all the Ultra Rare/Legendary REQs.

You should go to your Microsoft account page and check your purchase history. Verify the number of payments that were successfully made for the Mythic Warzone Pack.

Apologies, you are correct! The 13th Pack contained a Urban Gauss Warthog Certification.
On rare occasions, a REQ Pack will open without displaying the full animation. If this happens, the items will still be placed directly into your inventory. If the items are not immediately visible in your inventory, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One and the items should be there. Additionally, if you’d like to check from your computer, the items should be in your inventory here on Halo Waypoint as well. We apologize for the inconvenience!

That is only 12 unlocks. As the Urban Gauss Warthog cert is listed twice. Once in the list of 12, and in your reply acknowledging 13 packs. I bolded above and added numbers. She is still missing the Phaeton certification.

It shows nine completed transactions, and I used RP for four more, so yeah, 13 total.

As matador already pointed out, that vehicle certification was included in the list of unlocks that you gave, which means that there’s one unlock that still hasn’t been listed. That said, I do remember it being the last certification that I got from the Mythic Warzone Packs.
Okay, because I accidentally did it again last night with a Bronze Pack, and it actually added it to my Open Packs so that I could open it after the match–which wasn’t what happened with the Mythic Warzone Pack. I’ll look up how to do a hard reset and try that, but the Phaeton still appears locked on Halo Waypoint, and I’m 100% certain that I got it.
EDIT: I tried a hard reset and it didn’t change anything. Also, about the Mythic Warzone Pack that I opened as a match was starting, all I saw were the triangles, I never saw the pack actually open. But, like I said, I don’t remember the Corp Gauss Warthog, so that’s probably what I got.

I see now, you forgot to list the Mantis Certification, but then that means that my Phaeton Certification was replaced with something else, because I know that I got it. It was like my third or fourth pack, I was shocked. Now, this is even stranger–was my certification taken and replaced with another unlock for some reason? I mean, I was pretty sure that it was one of the Gauss Warthogs (the Woodland, not the Corp) that I got in the pack that I didn’t see open, so, what the heck? Did my Phaeton Certification turn into a Corp Gauss Warthog Certification? This just doesn’t make sense, I would’ve taken a screenshot if I’d known that there was a chance of my unlock being reversed.
EDIT: Okay, I sat down and thought about it. I don’t know if you can see the proper order in which each certification was unlocked, but this is the sequence that I remember:

All right, I’ll just go ahead with what else I remembered: I did get the Corp Guass Warthog–in a pack that was in my Open Packs, on the last day that the packs were available. I was tired from grinding, so I opened it without a second thought, thinking that there had been an error or something. What I now realize, but didn’t want to believe, is that 343i took my Phaeton Certification, and issued me another pack instead. Now, that’s wrong, as I paid for that pack, and I’m not the one who designed the REQ system. If there had simply been limitations on some of the certifications that could be unlocked, I would’ve never been the wiser, but I just had sheer luck. What’s really bad, is that I wasn’t even informed that this had taken place, and what’s inexcusable, is the customer service that I have received while trying to get this resolved.
Can somebody please point me to a direct contact for 343i so that I can pursue this issue within a timely manner?

343 forum support answers only at their discretion. That said, you could try tweeting Bravo, @Brav. I think your post has run it’s course here on WP, as they are no longer responding. I think you should be very clear, and state that you opened a Mythic pack, obtained a Phaeton certification, and now it’s gone. Short and to the point.
I actually typed this up a while ago, but I took some time to cool off. I’d love a response from the Forum Team, but I’m not holding my breath anymore.

I’m about 2/3 of the way through silver packs now, SR97, and have dozens of promotion packs to open. I was getting Ultra Rare and Lengedary single-use REQs, so I decided to wait to open more until this is resolved.
On a related note, why did I get a Noble armor set in my free Memories of Reach REQ pack, when all of the YouTubers that I watched got a pair of Phaeton Helios? If it was because they had the original Phaeton Certification, then I’m done.

it was random what you got in that pack, i got the helios but dont have the certification. unless i missed something though did the forum team not answer your question? they laid out exaclty what was in your req packs? maybe clarifying what you are wanting? cause i dont see what else you need, you werent jipped of anything from that i can see
