Is it possible to obtain the Helioskrill armor now by doing the requirements even though Halo 5 is released?
Yes
You can require every item ??? 
Yes. Everything is unlockable. Just gonna take up to 2 to 3 months of grinding. Maybe 1 month if you pull all nighters and possibly buy gold packs. But if you do it right by starting with either bronze or silvers, then to gold, it should be quick to obtain.
If you want the helioskrill just get mcc and beat 1-4 on legendary. Shouldn’t take too long.
Ive heard a few people saying it wouldnt unlock via req packs.

The guy who had the AMA with all the REQ’s unlocked said he didn’t have Helioskrill, and it wouldn’t unlock (he didn’t earn it in MCC)
No one I know has unlocked it from Req packs yet, I have it from MCC.

Thank you for elaborating. I couldnt remember exactly where it was at.
Helioskrill and Nightfall helmets and armor are the only two I don’t have.

Just beat h 1-4 on mcc and your good to go.
