How do you get Mythic armor? Does it come in a REQ pack, or do you have to get it by other means? I understand that the Helioskrill and Fotus armors are obtained through certain ways, like Fotus is exclusive to the limited edition console buyers, and Helioskrill is obtained through playing all the campaigns on Legendary difficulty on MCC. I really need to know how to get that Centurion armor.
The bulk of armor is unlocked through the Req system.
I could see campaign having a hand in obtaining them, but more likely, they’re going to just be super rare and random unlocks

That’s what I was thinking. Maybe my luck can hold up.
Both Centurion and Helioskrill, as well as the other Mythic armors CAN be unlocked and used just from REQ packs. Getting a limited edition console or beating Halo MCC on Legendary is only to guarantee your unlock, not to make it exclusive. That being said, I would assume that Centurion is a pretty rare find in REQ.
The basic helioskrill armor is obtained from completing all of MCC campaigns on Legendary. Everything else is Unlocked from req packs. They need to add a 4th tier req pack ( call it platinum ) and it costs like 30k req points to get. But it would hold ultra rare and legendary items, with a Chance at mythic items. And all the rest in the pack that are not permanent unlocks are ultra rare and higher.
Some of you would say that takes away from the point of mini-transactions, but there is reason behind this not everyone can afford to buy 100 gold packs just to get better stuff. And they add new content every month till June, so even if you have everything now, come the next month there is more things to get.

Yeah I wish that some of the armours were unlocked through stuff like finding all campaign skulls, or doing campaign solo LASO or something… but nope
