My Zeta Sky armor won’t show up

So I recently received my code for the zeta sky armor package as part of preordering the game. I redeemed the code on halo waypoint and it said that it worked, but when I go to my game I can’t find it anywhere. I looked under the armor kits or different armor parts and they aren’t there. It’s been over 72 hours and it still hasn’t shown up. Is anyone else having the same issue? Who should I call about this and how do I contact them?

I’m having the same issue Wtf

I made a similar post on Reddit about this issue my GF is having. It unlocked the sidekick but nothing else and the “history” tab on waypoint says its an AR skin.
