Mine has been the default Spartan for forever.

Normal troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you’re signed into live.
- Change a piece of armour, back out of customisation, then back in and change it to original.
- Play and complete 1 game of matchmaking.
Stats are pretty quick to upload, but avatar updating can be slower because they need to render an image.
