So my x box one is set up to my outlook account but i can only log in to waypoint when i use hotmail…
They are the same exact email account but i can’t log into my outlook one.
When i log into waypoint i get this cyclingmoth4196 as my name but its not my gamer tag and have no idea how to log into my actual gamer tag.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. My actual gamer tag is Delune1989
If you sign into Waypoint exactly the way you sign into your Xbox Live account it should bring up the correct account.
Can you log into your actual account on Xbox.com?
So It won’t let me sign into my email@outlook.com which is the same as my x box but it will let me sign in @hotmail .com the problem is hotmail and outlook are the same thing just hotmail is the old name for the emails they just kept it for people who were used to typing that in but for some reason when i try to use my email @outlook .com on waypoint or x box .com it says its the wrong username or password
wow i figured it out so if i type my email@outlook .com and use my old password form when i signed up it works even though thats not my current password

Thanks for the help! I hope someone else who has this problem finds this cause it was sooooo frustrating i would have loved to have figured this out earlier
