My Warzone REQ Bundle doesn't work anymore

I bought halo 5 deluxe edition like 2 or 3 months ago and this have the free Warzone req packs that gives you weekly. It passed 3 weeks and it doesn’t give me the warzone req packs. I need help why the free REQ packs doesn’t show to me anymore?

If I recall, you get 2 req packs a week for 7 weeks thus totaling 14 packs.
